Storyline

With the UK terror threat level raised to severe, Home Secretary Montague holds secret meetings with the Director General of the Security Service, side-stepping her own Minister for Counter Terrorism and the Police. Specialist Protection Officer Budd is on high alert as Secretary Montague's hard-line stance on national security propels her further into the public eye. With his home life becoming more difficult, it appears as if Budd's natural animosity towards the Home Secretary is beginning to fade. Written by Anonymous

Yes! I thought the same.

Definitely in the mold of "Spooks" (called "MI-5" here in the states for some unknown reason). The plotting, the personal stories, the action scenes, of course, and the non-stop edge-of-your-seat stuff. I am up to Episode 2 - it's so good, I want it to last. Unfortunately, one of the review websites (not this one) gave out a couple of spoilers from subsequent episodes. BooHiss. But don't miss this one. You might need subtitles for a few of the actors' dialog, but one of the better series from across the pond.
