Worst Directors of All Time

It's fun to do this, not that I'm a prick, I just like to point out the things you should avoid. Here are the worst directors ever. I will include the films that made them this way. Enjoy!

1. Joel Schumacher

Director | The Phantom of the Opera

Joel Schumacher was born on August 29, 1939 in New York City, New York, USA as Joel T. Schumacher. He is a director and writer, known for The Phantom of the Opera (2004), Batman & Robin (1997) and 8MM (1999).

Batman and Robin sucked any imaginative mind this guy may have had. But Shoe-maker earns the top spot for almost killing one of the greated comic book heros of all time. Thank goodness Chris Nolan came along.

Batman & Robin (1998) The Number 23 (2007) Batman Forever (1995) Dying Young (1991) 8mm (1999) Bad Company (2002) Twelve (2010) Trespass (2011)

2. Raja Gosnell

Director | Big Momma's House

Raja Gosnell started his film career as an assistant editor in the late 1970s. His first credit as a film's main editor was the romantic comedy "The Lonely Guy" (1984), for director Arthur Hiller. During the 1980s, Gosnell served as editor in films directed by Tom Laughlin, David Worth, Bob Dahlin,...

Schumacher only ruined Batman, Gosnell ruined two classic characters and shows. Both from Hanna-Barbera. The first film to be Gosnellfied is Scooby-Doo. Oh my goodness, what a disaster! But for some reason Gosnell thought we didn't suffer enough. So he made a sequel of Scooby-Doo called Scooby-Doo Monsters Unleashed. This was even worse than the first, but not much. Then this lunatic makes The Smurfs 1 and 2. I can't go on anymore, see these films like I did and see what I mean.

Scooby-Doo (2002) Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004) The Smurfs (2011) The Smurfs 2 (2013) Home Alone 3 (1997) Big Momma's House (2000) Yours, Mine & Ours (2005)

He is the director of one of the worst animated films of all time which came out in 2013 called Foodfight! Look it up it will blow your mind on how bad it is. For starters it cost 65 million dollars to produce this film but didn't even make 100000 dollars in the box office. Making it one of the worst performing movies of all time. The production company known as Threshold Entertainment will probably never make another movie considering they're not a big company and this film cost them a lot of money.
